St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center


Since 1969, the professionals at St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center have provided compassionate care using a holistic approach to children, adolescents, adults and seniors who require psychiatric and chemical dependency care. Located on the campus of St. Luke's Medical Center, the Behavioral Health Center has 124 inpatient beds and offers a full spectrum of both inpatient and outpatient services. St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center is accredited by the Joint Commission.

Inpatient Mental Health
Treating adults, adolescents and children with depression, suicidal intentions, anxiety, hallucinations, paranoia, mood swings or destructive anger who require hospitalization

Inpatient Chemical Dependency
Chemical dependency detox treatment for adults struggling with addiction to alcohol and/or drugs, and who require acute inpatient care

Partial Hospitalization Program / Intensive Outpatient Programs
Specialized care for patients who can be helped by a "step down" from the inpatient mental health and chemical dependency treatment, including facility-based and satellite programs. This program also accepts direct referrals

Partial outpatient program designed to help increase functionality and stability of adults with serious mental illness

The Dr. Tafur Generations Program
Developed in collaboration with St. Luke’s Medical Center, the Dr. Tafur Generations Program provides specialized care for patients who are age 55 and older and require psychiatric care in an acute inpatient medical setting
