As Chairman and CEO, David White provides
visionary leadership and a strategic direction that enables IASIS to fulfill
its mission. White brings more than 30 years of experience leading multi-state
hospital companies to IASIS Healthcare. Prior to his appointment as Chairman
and CEO of IASIS, White served as CEO of LifeTrust America, a company that
operates assisted-living centers. Before that, he was president of the Atlantic
Group at Columbia/HCA, the largest hospital management company in the country,
where he was responsible for 43 hospitals in nine states. White has also served
as Chief Operating Officer of Community Health Systems and regional vice president
of Republic Health Corporation.

Sandra McRee
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s hospital
operations and leads IASIS in its commitments to clinical excellence, developing
an appropriate mix of quality services, physician relationships, effective
staffing and supply utilization, payor contracts, and the management of capital
investments related to operations. McRee has more than 25 years of healthcare
management experience, having previously served as vice president for Province
Healthcare Corporation, both division and group president for Columbia/HCA,
and assistant vice president of Community Health Systems.

CARL WHITMER
Chief Financial Officer

Carl Whitmer is responsible for all of the company’s financial
matters and relationships, including capital planning and management, acquisitions,
investor and banking relations, treasury management, and external financial
reporting. Whitmer began his career with IASIS as vice president and treasurer,
and was named CFO in November 2001. His previous experience includes serving
as vice president of finance and treasurer of PhyCor Inc., and senior manager
with KPMG.

COYLE
Secretary and General Counsel

Frank
Coyle is responsible for all company legal matters, including mergers and
acquisitions, corporate securities, litigation and risk management, and labor,
employment and health regulatory matters. Prior to joining IASIS, Coyle served
as assistant vice president of development of physician services and in-house
development counsel for Columbia/HCA, and before that Coyle was an attorney
with Baker,
Worthington,
Crossley, Stansberry & Woolf.
JOHN
M. DOYLE
Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

John
Doyle is responsible for the company’s treasury activities, including
banking relationships, credit management and capital expenditure deployment.
Prior to joining IASIS, Doyle served as a senior manager with Ernst &
Young LLP and KPMG LLP, where he specialized in healthcare audit and business
advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions. Doyle has also served
as Chief Financial Officer for two community hospitals in Tennessee and North
Carolina.
