Founded in 1998, privately held IASIS Healthcare owns and operates community-focused hospitals in high growth urban and suburban markets. IASIS owns and operates 18 acute care hospitals and one behavioral health hospital throughout seven states – Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, Texas and Utah. In total, we have more than 4,300 licensed beds and employ nearly 14,000 dedicated professionals.

IASIS also owns and operates Health Choice, a Medicaid & Medicare managed health plan in Phoenix.
